Agreement to terms

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and MJL Bangladesh PLC (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the MJL Bangladesh Website or Lube Solution™ app (or mentioned as “website & app”) as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile web or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “website & app”). You agree that by accessing the website & app, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms and conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using the website & app and you must discontinue use immediately.

Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the website & App from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date of these Terms and Conditions and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. Product and purchases

MJL Bangladesh PLC attempts to be as accurate as possible about the products. If a product offered by the website & App itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition. MJL Bangladesh PLC uses Third Party companies to distribute, deliver, and receive payment from the purchaser through the website & App. In that case, the specific party(s) will be liable for the discrepancy of any offer or services provided. Neither MJL Bangladesh PLC nor Mobil/ExxonMobil (Product brand/Brand owner) will hold responsible for the discrepancy of the product(s), delivery, and online purchase service.

3rd Party partners/companies will deliver the product(s) to confirmed address of customer(s) within 01 to 07 working days depending on location, weather condition, environment etc.
