This Website and Lube Solution™ application (hereinafter referred to as “the website & application”) is owned by us i.e. MJL Bangladesh PLC. The website & application collects and stores certain personal data from its users. We understand that your privacy is important to you and that you care about how it is used and shared online. Erasure of Personal Data
Users may request that we erase the personal data we hold about them in the following circumstances: It is no longer necessary for us to hold that personal data concerning the purpose for which it was originally collected or processed; The user wishes to withdraw his consent to holding and processing their data; The user objects to us holding and processing their data; The personal data has been processed unlawfully; The personal data needs to be erased for the Company to comply with a particular legal obligation; Unless we have legitimate grounds to refuse to erase personal data, all requests for erasure shall be complied with, and the users shall be informed of the erasure, within 15 days of receipt of the data subject’s request (this can be extended by up to one months in the case of complex requests, and in such cases, the users shall be informed of the need for the extension).

Once the user request is received, we follow an internal deletion process to ensure that user data is safely removed within the next fifteen (15) working days. The user will be contacted for verification, and their account will be deleted after successful verification. Users may also contact us to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that they have provided to us.
Objections to Personal Data Processing
Users have the right to object to us processing their data based on legitimate interests (including profiling), direct marketing (including profiling), [and processing for scientific and/or historical research and statistics purposes].
